- Oversee daily operations of the medical laser and dermatology center to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality patient care.
- Lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary teams including medical, technical, and administrative staff.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and compliance.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
- Coordinate with medical professionals to schedule treatments, manage patient flow, and resolve operational challenges.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee procurement of medical supplies and equipment.
- Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Prepare and present regular reports on center performance, patient satisfaction, and operational metrics to senior management.
- Drive initiatives for staff training, development, and performance evaluation.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-focused work culture.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a healthcare, dermatology, or medical aesthetics environment.Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.Strong knowledge of clinic operations, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centric approach.Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and procurement processes.Experience in handling patient relations and resolving conflicts effectively.Proficiency in using clinic management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work on-site (office-based) and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Fluency in Arabic and/or English is highly desirable.
