Senior Payroll and Personnel

  • Oversee and process monthly payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date personnel records, including attendance, leave balances, and employee documentation.
  • Administer employee benefits, deductions, and statutory contributions in accordance with local regulations.
  • Coordinate with finance and HR departments to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and submit required payroll reports and analytics to management and relevant authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies related to payroll and personnel matters.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract preparation, documentation, and exit interviews.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and personnel policies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support audits by providing necessary payroll and personnel documentation as requested.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in payroll and personnel administration.

Bachelor’s degree .3-5 years of proven experience in payroll and personnel administration, preferably within the real estate or construction sector.Strong understanding of payroll systems, labor laws, and statutory requirements.Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.Experience in process improvement and implementing HR best practices is a plus.
