- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, especially for blue-collar positions.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in employee relations, performance management, and HR reporting.
- Coordinate with different departments to fulfill their manpower needs
Proven experience in blue-collar recruitment is a must.Strong knowledge of HR practices and Egyptian labor law.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Preferably residing near 10th of Ramadan City.
