Executive Operations Officer


Daily Operations Management: Coordinate and supervise daily activities across the institute’s branches to ensure timely execution of tasks.

Client Correspondence: Receive, organize, and process client inquiries, documenting and tracking them through the institute’s systems.

Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate periodic meetings with relevant departments and branch teams to monitor progress and address issues.

Reporting & Presentations: Collect, update, and analyze client data to prepare periodic reports and presentations aimed at evaluating operational performance and identifying areas for improvement.


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field, preferably in a multifunctional environment.Additional certifications or training in office management, business writing, or office software are an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); data analysis skills are a plus.Experience with Google Sheets and email/ file management systems.Familiarity with ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning).Strong reporting and statistical analysis skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.Effective communication skills with colleagues and clients.Ability to work under pressure with flexibility and adaptability.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to quickly identify root causes and propose effective solutions
