Job Description:

  Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to minimize downtime.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols to safeguard company data.
• Assist in the deployment and upgrade of IT infrastructure, including hardware and software rollouts.
• Document IT processes, procedures, and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology-driven projects and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies, industry standards, and data protection regulations.
• Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery testing to maintain business continuity.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance IT
• operations.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role, preferably in FMCG.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Expertise in managing IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and Firewalls.
Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, and security best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective user support.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge in Managing Microsoft windows server (AD, DNS, DHCP, FTP, File/print services)
Knowledge in Managing server (VMware ,ESXi ,Vcenter) is PLUS
Strong Knowledge in CCNA, MCSA, UTM Firewalls, Backup Solutions like VEEAM.
Willingness to participate in on-call rotations or after-hours support as needed.
