Implement and maintain the quality control processes for electrical works on site, ensuring that all electrical installations meet contractual requirements and industry standards.
Review and approve electrical construction drawings, specifications, and material submittals.
Inspect and monitor the quality of electrical installations and verify compliance with project specifications, local codes, and industry standards.
Develop and maintain a system for recording and reporting quality issues and their resolution on-site.
Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and installations, and identify non-conformities or deviations from plans.

Testing and Commissioning\:
Lead and manage the commissioning of electrical systems and equipment, ensuring that all tests are conducted as per specifications.
Prepare testing and commissioning procedures, reviewing results and coordinating with the site team for any corrective actions.
Ensure that electrical equipment is correctly installed, tested, and properly functioning before handover.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting\:
Provide technical support to the site team and subcontractors for resolving electrical installation challenges.
Troubleshoot any electrical faults during the construction phase and recommend corrective actions.

Documentation and Reporting\:
Prepare and maintain quality-related documentation including inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), test reports, and punch lists.
Ensure proper filing and organization of all quality-related documents for future reference.
Provide regular updates on quality performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to project management.

Safety Compliance\:
Ensure all electrical works on-site are conducted following strict safety protocols and regulations.
Conduct safety audits and promote a safety culture in the electrical works zone.

Collaboration and Communication\:
Coordinate with the Project Manager, Electrical Engineering Manager, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure that electrical works are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Communicate any quality-related issues promptly and efficiently to relevant stakeholders for immediate resolution.

Continuous Improvement\:
Identify opportunities to improve quality control processes, reduce rework, and enhance overall site performance.
Participate in lessons learned and root cause analysis activities.
