- Follow up and organize the work of the office of the Chairman and assist him in everything necessary.
- Assisting the Chairman regarding any needed task; coordinating and scheduling his appointments and meetings calendar; providing any assistance needed for meetings held; sending invitations to participants,……..etc.,
- Attending any of the Chairman's meetings; if necessary.
- Welcoming the Chairman's visitors and paying the hospitality role.
- Following up the needed internal reports from other departments to be presented to the Chairman.
- Ensuring that the Chairman's office is clean, tidy and everything is on order.
- Ensuring that all the electrical appliances and equipment are properly and effectively adjusted.
- Reporting any maintenance request in a timely manner.
- Ensuring the stationery availability and requesting for any missing items from the Purchasing Dept
- Performing any other related task assigned by the Chairman.
Bachelor degree (prefer business administration or any relative degree)Experience in the same position not less than 1 years.Fluent in EnglishPreferred be multilingualExcellent computer skills.Excellent commands in Microsoft Office is a must.Work under pressure.PresentableMust be a graduate of an international, French, or German school.
