- Oversee daily site operations, including supervision and monitoring of subcontractors' work.
- Supervise subcontractor teams, provide guidance, and report any issues to the Project Manager for necessary actions.
- Review zone drawings to ensure proper material and equipment preparation.
- Coordinate and organize ongoing site activities with other trades working in the same area.
- Collaborate with other teams to drive project progress and resolve related challenges.
- Ensure site facilities are well-organized to meet project deadlines.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the Project Manager.
-Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.-7-10 years of experience in a relevant field.-Strong command of the English language.-Substations experience is Must.
