- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, etc.)
- Identify new sales opportunities and grow the customer base within the HORECA sector
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct regular visits to clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, and marketing) to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new areas for growth
- Manage customer accounts, payments, and collections
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the HORECA sectorProven track record of achieving sales targetsStrong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to salesGood knowledge of the local F&B or hospitality marketValid driver’s license and willingness to travel (if required)
