Key Responsibilities:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution of projects.
Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful delivery.
Monitor and report on project progress using appropriate tools and techniques.
Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and best practices.
Foster strong relationships with business units to understand project requirements and drive solutions.
Lead post-project reviews and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.5+ years of proven experience managing IT projects in a corporate environment.Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
