Handle one or more squads with different skillsets & different agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban) Work closely with BICC squads Product Owner to achieve Finance strategy & goals. Ensure stories are updated with needed info to be able to measure the needed metrices. Ensure that squads deliver their objectives & strategy through both Scrum & Kanban methodologies. Manage the flow (streamline the delivery process) and remove bottlenecks. Ensure agile ceremonies are done by scheduling and facilitating Agile events, meetings, and decision-making processes. Supporting Squad logistics by following up the vacancies with Technology leads to onboard squads members, spot the needed squads requirements/skills & ensure squad members are trained. Build/automate agile reporting, dashboards, metrices & KPIs to measure squads' delivery to be reviewed (monthly/quarterly) by management & squads to spot the needed squads requirements/skills. Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban 5+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role. Certified scrum master, SAFe is preferred. Working experience with Jira is a must. Experience in BI, Finance or IT systems is preferred. Leadership and management experience. Excellent people and project management skills.
