Tele Sales Representative – Pharmaceutical

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients in the Pharmaceutical sector
  • Promote pharmaceutical products and explain their features, benefits
  • Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate products
  • Follow up with clients to maintain strong business relationships
  • Process sales orders and ensure proper documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer feedback using CRM systems.
