Human Resources Generalist

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Coordinate and participate in career fairs, campus events, and employer branding campaigns.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and suggest improvements.

Organizational Development:

  • Support the design and implementation of OD strategies including performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
  • Assist in conducting training needs assessments and coordinate learning & development initiatives.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs to support employee integration and retention.
  • Participate in the development and rollout of culture initiatives and employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Analyze HR data and provide reports to support organizational growth and development.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in HR, with proven focus in recruitment and/or OD.Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and recruitment tools/platforms.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.Preferred Skills:Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.Knowledge of assessment tools and performance management systems.Training facilitation or instructional design experience is a plus.Analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR data and trends.
