- Supervise the execution of daily and preventive mechanical maintenance tasks, including central air conditioning systems (Chillers – AHU – FCU), water supply and drainage systems, elevators, escalators, and fire protection systems.
- Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical faults, ensuring high-quality and timely repair implementations.
- Coordinate with external maintenance contractors and mechanical systems suppliers, ensuring full compliance with technical specifications and contractual obligations.
- Contribute to the preparation and execution of periodic preventive maintenance schedules (PPM) in collaboration with the department manager.
- Monitor the performance of mechanical systems using technical measurement tools, and propose efficiency enhancements and consumption reduction strategies.
- Supervise mechanical technicians, assign daily tasks, and evaluate the quality of their performance.
- Prepare regular technical reports on system and equipment status, with recommendations for repairs or upgrades.
- Ensure full adherence to occupational health, safety, and environmental procedures during all field operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintaining mechanical systems within major operational environments (shopping malls, hotels, industrial facilities).Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, elevators, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.Strong analytical skills in diagnosing technical issues and offering sustainable solutions.Proficiency in using maintenance management software (CMMS) and technical design tools such as AutoCAD.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle emergency interventions effectively.Proficiency in English (reading and writing), especially technical terminology.
