  • Strict adherence to all company policies and administrative instructions, including attendance and working hours.
  • Selling the company’s products to customers and ensuring the availability of all required items.
  • Reaching all potential customers within the designated area to achieve maximum market coverage.
  • Conducting market and competitor analysis, and reporting any updates or developments to the sales management.
  • Regularly registering new customers and updating the information of existing ones.
  • Actively listening to customer issues, resolving them effectively, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring company account balances on a daily basis and staying updated on the latest financial records.
  • Ensuring that customer invoices are received and confirmed by the company, and following up on the listed items in coordination with the invoicing department.
  • Daily follow-up with the delivery representative to ensure that invoices are delivered to customers on time.
  • Coordinating with scientific office representatives whose products are distributed through the company.
  • Working towards achieving the highest possible profitability for the company.
  • Assisting the delivery or collection representatives in collecting cheques or cash payments from customers.
  • Supporting the data update and development team in updating customer information.
  • Assisting in the collection and settlement of returned cheques on behalf of the company.

A minimum of  3 year of experience is required.Experience in sales within the same field.Presentable
