- Book, issue, and reissue flight tickets, handling simple point-to-point ticket tasks such as issues, reissues, refunds, and exchanges.
- Assist tour operators in finding the best flight options based on their preferences.
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, and travel partners for bookings, updates, and special requests.

- Handle inbound holidays packages for groups and individuals.
- Researching travel information and using market research information to guide decisions.
- Handling bookings, invoicing and issuing of vouchers, payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Advising clients & provide general or specific advice about different travel destinations.
- Drawing up complicated & tailored travel itineraries and ensuring that all the needs of the customers are met.
- Making arrangements for Ticket, accommodation, and activities inside & outside Egypt.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints and make alternative arrangements for customers who have had their trips interrupted by unforeseen issues.
