- Manage and troubleshoot any electrical Problems in the Production Lines, ensure that Preventive maintenance schedules conform to standards.
- Designs electrical equipment, and systems for industrial and plants purposes.
- Develop as per international standards, the requirements of Power supply for the Production lines, allocate power accordingly and develop applications of controls, instruments, and systems for new commercial and industrial uses.
- Direct activities to ensure that manufacturing, installation, and operational testing conform to functional specifications and plant`s requirements and direct operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems in field installations.
- Ensure trouble free operation of all plant’s equipment and meets standards in failure repair.
- Hands on Logistics control over Industrial electrical requirements and functions system.
- Propose and implement effective utilization of power within the plant operational area and premises.
- Report problems/incidents regarding the HSE management system to the HSE team and ensure that all of the department members comply with the relevant internal HSE work instructions and that the PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment) are used where necessary.
- Ensure that department members gather at the correct Emergency Assembly Points in case of an emergency
B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, preferred Automation Field.3-5 years of experience preferred in PLASTIC/FMCG/Waste Management industries.Plastic Knowledge and practices.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form.Very good in English LanguageWell Knowledge with Automation field including PLC’s, HMI, SCADA systems.
