- Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure, including routing, switching, VoIP, and wireless technologies.
- Ensure all network systems comply with security policies and standards.
- Manage and support core network components including routing, switching, voice, and security systems.
- Monitor network performance and availability; implement enhancements for better stability and efficiency.
- Prevent and mitigate Layer 2 and Layer 3 network attacks and ensure high availability using fail-over solutions.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco (L2/L3), NAC solutions, and FortiGate firewalls.
- Implement and support remote access solutions such as IPsec and SSL VPN.
- Configure and manage WAF, LTM (F5), VPNs, and IDS/IPS solutions.
- Apply advanced WAF and ADC features such as SSL offloading, load balancing, DDOS protection, and traffic analysis.
- Follow ISO 27001 security standards and apply best practices to strengthen network defenses.
- Implement and troubleshoot AAA/Radius authentication using LDAP/Active Directory.
- Maintain and update Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation and network diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
- Monitor security logs and firewalls, resolve user access issues, and recommend improvements.
- Provide daily operational support to IT teams and manage Avaya system configurations and user network policies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in network and security engineering.Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs).Experience with FortiGate firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, SIEM tools, and log analysis.Knowledge of ISO 27001 and security best practices.Skilled in troubleshooting complex network environments and security incidents.Proficient in tools and solutions like Cisco (L2/L3), NAC, F5 (WAF, LTM), SSL/TLS, and Avaya.Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.Certifications such as CCNP, NSE are a plus.
