Senior Media Buyer

RUSHBRUSH, INC., is looking for enthusiastic, flexible and has high analytical skills to be part of our growing company.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure effective optimization of campaigns.

Duties:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive media buying strategies that align with company’s goals and budget constraints.
  • Take immediate decisions whether to turn off some ads in case they are not efficient to save the cost.
  • Identifying and recommending new media channels and technologies to stay ahead of trends and maximize campaign impact.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis using advanced tools and techniques and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Search online and brainstorm with the team to choose the most effective new content to optimize the sales volume and the new target audience.
  • Attend meetings with the team on a regular basis to make sure performance is on the expected track.
  • Manage multiple complex campaigns simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution and achieving all objectives.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of paid campaigns across a wider range of platforms and channels.
  • Implementing advanced optimization techniques like audience retargeting, dynamic creatives, and A/B testing.
  • Forecast campaign performance and recommend budget adjustments based on data-driven predictions.

Knowledge:Bachelor of any field 2-4 years of experience as a Media Buying SpecialistITI diploma is preferable.Skills:Good communication skills.Intermediate analytical thinking skills.Good organizational skills.Attention to details.Ability/Attitude: Team PlayerFlexible Positive Accurate Self-motivated
