- Manage executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Handle confidential documents and ensure their security.
- Coordinate communication between executives, clients, and internal departments.
- Take minutes during meetings and distribute them accordingly.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Assist in preparing agendas and materials for executive meetings.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role.Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and handle pressure.Residency in Abnoub, Assiut is preferred or required.
