- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets.
- Monitor and follow up on new business opportunities both inside and outside Egypt by tracking bidding opportunities and donor trends relevant to the company's goals.
- Develop, prepare, and submit technical and financial proposals, ensuring they meet clients' requirements and expectations.
- Actively seek and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
- Work closely with technical teams to create detailed project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
- Prepare Pre-Qualification Documents (PQDs) and Expressions of Interest (EOIs) in accordance with client instructions and procurement notices.
- Review and prepare contracts based on proposals and client needs, negotiating when necessary.
- Coordinate with sub consultants and specialists, manage tenders, and follow up on all matters.
- Regularly update pricing sheets and cost breakdowns.
- Maintain and update the office profile, branding materials, and other documents to ensure effective representation of the company to potential clients and partners.
- Represent Arab Consulting Engineers (Moharram – Bakhoum) at industry exhibitions, conferences, and talks.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and represent the company.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.Proven work experience as an Assistant Project Manager or similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Relevant training and/or certifications as an Assistant Project Manager.Experience in engineering consultancy firms only.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.Professional courses such as CLAC, APMP, RMG, etc., are advantageous.
