- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the plastic recycling industry, particularly for PET materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including manufacturers, packaging companies, and traders.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, pricing, and customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with customers.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and regular reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events when required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in B2B sales; experience in recycling, plastics, or manufacturing is highly preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of PET recycling processes and markets is a must.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
