Accountabilities:
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Implement and participate in developing the Manpower plan for the plants and warehouses with the purpose of continuously enriching and maintaining the company’s Talent pool.
- Administer end-to-end recruitment process up to grade 7 by taking advantage of various sourcing platforms, methods, and techniques and conducting in-person and panel interviews.
- Handle the entire hiring process including the submission of all associated documents -employment offer, due diligence, 111 form, and private medical checkups- and ensure carrying out all the procedures efficiently.
- Conduct exit interviews and discuss with the direct manager to assess overall employee experience and identify retention and engagement opportunities.
- Participate in the onboarding process and ensure the efficient implementation of Safety and quality inductions, to develop employees’ enthusiasm from mere joining the company to engagement experience.
- Respond to employees’ inquiries courteously and track absentee records, in addition to handing out uniforms to laborers.
- Attend meetings with external auditors to ensure their associated requirements are fulfilled and procedures comply with work models.
- Participate in the Performance Management cycle by conducting orientation sessions to explain the mechanism of the appraisal system to line managers followed by submitting status reports of appraisal results updates.
- Perform personnel activities and deal with governmental authorities in terms of attending labor office inspections also preparing and submitting medical, life, and social insurance documents while keeping abreast of the latest laws and procedures.
- Record all salary reflections -attendance, leaves, sanctions, and incentives on the system to ensure accurate and compliant reimbursement of employees’ entitlements.
- Handle contract renewal procedures and end-of-service reconciliations, Record hiring and resignations data of outsourced employees on the system.
- Handle medical coverage procedures in respect of insurance and medicine requests and refunds and investigate the eligibility of exempted medical conditions in alignment with the personnel department.
- Attend TNA meetings to identify training needs in coordination with the L&D department, follow up on training implementation and logistics to maintain an efficient workflow, and submit associated reports to the L&D department for archiving.
- Oversee the process of reimbursements of monetary and non-monetary entitlements to laborers and employees in plants
Academic & professional qualifications:BSc in human resources management, business administration, or a relevant field.HR business partner certificate is preferred.1-3 years of relevant HR experience.Proven work experience as an HR business partner.In-depth knowledge of the operational process for the assigned sector.Tailored communication and stakeholder management skills.
