We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin and Course Coordinator to ensure seamless coordination between teams for the organization, scheduling, and publication of courses. The role involves monitoring registrations, creating insightful reports, and supporting instructors during webinars. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and a basic understanding of stock markets and investment strategies.
Collaborate with teams to schedule and organize webinars/courses efficiently.Collect and compile course details to ensure accurate listings on the website and CRM. Communicate new courses to all internal teams for alignment.Partner with instructors and designers to develop visually appealing course brochures and email designs.Publish courses across multiple platforms, including the website, Zoom, CRM, social media channels, and email campaigns.Regularly monitor registrations, ensuring smooth functionality of landing pages and social media posts.Host courses, provide technical support during webinars, and generate detailed course performance reports for management.Background and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Basic understanding of stock markets and investment strategies (preferred but not mandatory).Strong communication and presentation skills to liaise effectively with teams and instructors.Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.Proficiency in CRM tools, Zoom, and social media platforms.Job Conditions & Benefits:Full-time position on site with a competitive salary.Standard working hours: 8 hours/day with 2 fixed days off per week.Opportunity to work in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
