As a Senior Sales Executive in Commercial Real Estate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating high-value commercial property deals. You will have a significant impact on our growth strategy by driving revenue and securing key accounts.

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and generate new commercial real estate business opportunities.
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, including office spaces, retail, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their business needs.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers.
  • Prepare and review commercial property contracts and agreements.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and commercial property developments.
  • Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to support sales efforts and generate leads.
