Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
✔️ Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles.
✔️ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
✔️ Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
✔️ Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
✔️ Utilize data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
✔️ Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Sharm certificates, Tomas is a plus or related field.✅ 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment. ✅ Strong expertise in sourcing, interviewing with high level of candidates , assessing candidates.✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. ✅ Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. ✅ Knowledge of employer branding and talent market trends.✅ Fluent in English writing and speaking.✅Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) for managing HR processes and data effectively.
