The Electrical Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment within the foam production facility. The technician ensures all electrical operations comply with safety regulations and production requirements to maintain uninterrupted factory operations.
Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical systems and machinery.Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in production equipment and control systems.Install new electrical components and wiring for machines and facility systems.Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.Monitor and maintain electrical panels, circuit breakers, motors, and control systems.Collaborate with mechanical technicians and production staff to ensure smooth operation.Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and health & safety standards.Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, repairs, and spare parts used.Respond quickly to emergency breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
