Develop and implement strategies that contribute to growth development.

Work on the growth of the company and create more opportunities and factors that contribute to its development.

Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations and negotiations to secure new projects.

Cooperate with internal teams (e.g., project management and engineering) to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic planning.

Provide market feedback to company leadership regarding competitive offers, potential customer needs and generate product development ideas.

Work on business development and opening new markets with special contracts in accordance with company policy.

Work on following up on sales activities and analyzing the supply and demand process and forecasting potential revenues.

Work on building relationships with customers and analyzing their needs.

Work on following up on monthly sales figures and achieving the target


 :Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

MBA is preferred
10years in the field of building materials, preferably in the field of ready-mix concrete+..

Business development, sales, and marketing skills

Strong negotiation and communication abilities

Experience in the construction or related industry

Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscape

Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset

Experience in project management.

Analytical and organizational skills
