managers, and external partners.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an organization development and talent acquisition role.

3. Certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certifications preferred.

4. Skills:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

- Proficient in HR systems, including HRIS, ATS, and performance management software.

5. Language: Fluency in English and local language (if applicable).

6. Able to Follow and achieve HR Key performance indicators.

7. Capable to coordinate with outsourcing entities.

8. Capable to design the organization structure with authority Matrix.

9. Ability to establish and implement ODOO HR system.
