Position Overview :

We are seeking technical Sales Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in identifying new sales opportunities, developing customer relationships, and exceeding sales targets for fire alarm systems and other low-current systems, targeting both residential and commercial markets.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Contracting engineering field, with a proven track record of success.

This role requires knowledge of :

1-CCTV.

2-Access Control.

3-Fire Alarm.

4-Smart Home.

5-Intercom .

6-MATV.

7-Public Address System.


Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and qualify potential clients within the Egyptian market.

Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Conduct technical presentations to effectively communicate the features and benefits of low-current systems.

Prepare and submit competitive quotations to clients.

Work closely with the engineering team to ensure technical feasibility of projects.

Negotiate and close sales deals.

Manage and update customer relationship records (CRM).

Attend industry events and trade shows to generate leads.

Provide pre-sales technical support and product education to clients.

Offer after-sales technical support to maintain customer satisfaction.

Skills

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales of fire alarm systems and/or other low-current systems (CCTV, access control, etc.)

• Female preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Communication, or a related field) preferred.

• Strong understanding of fire safety codes and regulations in Egypt.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Valid Egyptian driver's license preferred.

• Diploma or certificate at same field is a plus.

• Strong communication skills, able to express clearly orally, and in writing in English and Arabic.
