Job Summary:
Join our award-winning, Cairo-based firm known for innovative and sustainable design across Egypt and the GCC. As an interior designer, You will contribute to our multidisciplinary team by creating design concepts and visuals that reflect Rawasem’s commitment to creativity, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage design projects from concept to completion.
- Develop briefs based on client’s requirements.
- Ideate concepts and progress designs to construction stage.
- Create layouts, space plans, and design concepts.
- Research and select materials, finishes, and furniture.
- Produce 3D models and renderings to help clients visualize the designs.
- Contact suppliers for quotations on products and materials.
- Stay updated with industry changes and best practices.
BSc in Architecture or Interior Design with 3-5 years of experience.Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.Knowledge of 3D modelling software (3Ds Max, Sketchup & Rhino)Ability to create photo-realistic visualizations using Corona or Vray.Knowledge of Unreal Engine or Adobe Premiere is a plus.Knowledge of building materials and FF&E.Creative, imaginative, and detail oriented.Team player with strong planning and organizational skills.Committed to quality standards and ethics of the company.
