Prepare list of requested training needs
identify internal and external training programs
inform employees about training options, time and dates
Map out training plans for individual employees to meet specific training needs
Track and report on training outcomes
Provide feedback to managers by keeping records of training evaluation sheets (Training Evaluation-Participants Evaluation) and make analysis
Maintain employee training records
Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers
coordinate off-site training activities for employees
Handle logistics for training activities and manage in-house training facilities and equipment
Assist the team and attend the meeting when the TM lead is not available
