Responsibilities
- Review project contract documents, including time schedules, design drawings, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ), ensuring a clear understanding of project requirements and specifications.
- Update and maintain the shop drawing log, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded before submitting drawings to the consultant for approval.
- Verify that all architectural shop drawings meet project design and specification requirements.
- Identify and prepare RFIs for missing, unclear, or conflicting technical information encountered during construction.
- Collaborate with the project consultant to resolve technical matters effectively.
- Review shop drawings submitted by subcontractors and external vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards.
- Coordinate the approval process with the project consultant and address any discrepancies.
- Participate in resolving unexpected technical difficulties and construction-related problems.
- Report issues to the Technical Office Manager and assist in implementing appropriate solutions.
- Prepare precise as-built drawings at the conclusion of the project and ensure their timely handover to the project consultant for record-keeping.
- Ensure all work adheres to project standards, industry codes, specifications, and design instructions. Conduct regular checks to confirm compliance with established guidelines.
- Develop detailed drawings for architectural construction items, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all designs.
- Collaborate with civil, MEP, and other technical teams to ensure the seamless integration and coordination of architectural drawings with other disciplines.
- Conduct regular coordination meetings and maintain effective communication with stakeholders to address and resolve technical challenges promptly.
Bachelor's degree in architecture.Experience from 5 to 8 years in the same positionExcellent use of AutoCAD as professional.Experience in the Real Estate Developer as a Technical Office Engineer.
