Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.Master's degree in engineering management Preferred.Experience not less than 10 years (preferred in manufacturing & FMCG industry ).Leadership and Interpersonal skills to manage a team on engineersStrong analytical and problem solving skills.Ability to make decisions quicklyAble to prepare a work plan and meet deadlines on time.
