About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant & Account Manager to join our team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and coordination skills to manage daily administrative tasks, follow up with clients and employees, and ensure smooth workflow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage schedules, meetings, and daily tasks.
- Follow up with clients, respond to inquiries, and ensure their needs are met.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Monitor ongoing projects and maintain clear documentation.
- Assist in organizing reports and tracking performance metrics.
- Handle administrative tasks, including emails, invoices, and documentation.
- Test software interfaces (GUI) to ensure functionality and ease of use.
- Explain dashboards and system features to clients in a clear and professional manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Account Manager, or Administrative Coordinator, preferably in a software, IT, or technology-related company.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to follow up on tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- A proactive, responsible, and self-motivated mindset.
