Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop a pipeline of prospective key account farms to expand market presence.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based B2B relationships with farm owners, managers, and decision-makers.
- Conduct on-site farm visits to assess operational needs and recommend tailored seed and agricultural solutions.
- Plan, organize, and execute farm-centric marketing activities, including field days, demonstrations, and promotional events.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to highlight the value of our seed solutions in driving productivity and profitability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key account farms, ensuring seamless communication and support throughout the sales cycle.
- Leverage data and market insights to create and customize value propositions for specific farm segments.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, R&D, and Marketing) to align farm needs with product development and strategy.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and technical support to farm teams to optimize the use of our products.
- Build comprehensive reports and maintain updated records of farm activities, progress, and feedback to enhance decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant degree.5+ years of working with key account farms in Egypt, with a proven track record in B2B marketing.Communication, Interpersonal, Strategic planning, Analytical thinking.
