- Develop all the business plans and strategies for each market /country
- Build a strong position in each market/country
- Coordinate with the Marketing Dept. in development & execution of marketing plans & activities.
- Responsible for the P&L of the region
- Develop, Apply and monitor and the export and distribution budgets in relation to targeted profits, market share, and overall directions.
- Supervise price management (consumer price, trade margins, cost/price analysis), as well as investigate cost reduction measures to enhance product performance.
- Achieve the best positioning for different products to maintain the most profitable product mix.
- Supervise the planning & implementation of the promotional activities in coordination with Marketing to increase the company’s exports and support the company products’ position in the market.
- Participate in defining the sales channels, targeted customers, coverage objective, and the sales mix in each market/country
- Establish a positive and constructive business relationship with the agent/distributor in each market/country to achieve company strategies.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is required.Strong leadership skills are needed to inspire and guide teams toward achieving common goals.Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and financial analysis.The ability to think strategically, set long-term goals, and create actionable plans to achieve them.Deep industry knowledge and expertise (Food & Beverage Manufacturing).The capacity to adapt to changing circumstances and market dynamics.Sound decision-making skills based on data and critical analysis.
