  • Issuing all the quotations and working orders for our clients.
  • Handle and correspondence E-mails.
  • Understand requirements for each event
  • Plan event with attention to financial and time constraints
  • Manage all event operation such as book venues ,setup, flowers arrangement, Branding, group travelling details and Hotel group booking
  • Do final checks at the day of the event (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standard
  • Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
  • Assign Interpreters, Videographer & photographer for the event.
  • Research vendors (catering, decorators, musicians etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost
  •  Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms


Skills

  • Bachelor degree preferred Mass communication
  • Excellent command in English
  • Excellent MS Office: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Good observing Skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Quick learner
  • High Communication skills
  • Preferable areas: Hadayak Al Ahram, Faisal , El Haram, October, El Sheikh Zayed
