What You'll Do:
- Lead the technical design and architecture for key projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA, etc.) to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Mentor and guide developers on best practices, code reviews, and career development.
- Drive continuous improvement in our tech stack and development processes.
- Manage technical debt, scalability, and ensure optimal performance of our systems.
- Be a key decision maker in planning and executing sprints.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
FIXED Working hours are from 4pm to Midnight , Monday to Friday with Saturday * Sunday OFF, no flexible shift
What We’re Looking For:Proven experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Developer role.Strong expertise in [technologies you use, e.g., Python, JavaScript, React, etc.].Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Strong knowledge of software development best practices (Agile, CI/CD, etc.).Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.Passion for mentoring and helping others grow professionally.PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF ALL REQUIREMENTS APPLIED TO YOU.
