Sales Engineer - Heavy equipment

  • Drive sales of crane products and related services to various industries, including construction, manufacturing.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify potential customers, generate leads, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge on various types of cranes, including overhead cranes, tower cranes, mobile cranes, and specialized lifting equipment.
  • Assist customers with selecting the most appropriate crane solutions based on their specific needs, site requirements, and operational conditions.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure product specifications, design, and customizations meet client needs.
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotes, and cost estimates for crane systems and equipment.
  • Review customer requirements and prepare detailed project proposals that include pricing, delivery timelines, and technical specifications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting and maintenance solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs in the crane and lifting industry.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
