Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.10+ years of experience in human resources management, with minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role (Candidates with HR commercial FMCG background are highyl appreciated to apply).Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including labor laws and regulations.Strong organizational and time management skills.Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.
