- Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, photocopiers, scanners, routers, projectors, NVRs, and other IT accessories.
- Manage and maintain networks, including TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, routing, and wireless networks.
- Setup and administer servers, including Mikrotik, Cisco, NAS, Hyper-V, VMware, and IIS servers.
- Perform hardware repairs and upgrades, such as replacing laptop displays, batteries, speakers, cooling fans, and keyboards; assembling desktops; and repairing desktop components.
- Ensure consistent database backups and recovery processes.
- Provide technical support to staff on-site, in-house, or remotely via phone or email.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in IT-enabled services or the computer hardware/networking department of an organization.Previous experience in the following areas is a plus:IT-enabled servicesComputer hardware and network administrationCCNA, CCNP, MTCNA, MCSA, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.In-depth knowledge of computer hardware and networking concepts.Proficiency in IT-enabled services and network cabling, routing, and switching.
