- Provide administrative and executive support to the General Manager.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth operations and efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze reports, offering actionable recommendations to improve performance.
- Oversee and manage special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by the General Manager.
- Represent the General Manager in meetings or events when necessary.
- Assist in planning and implementing strategies to meet company goals and objectives.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (master's degree preferred).A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar administrative role.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Fluency in both Arabic and English.Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and familiarity with ERP systems.Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks.A proactive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.Experience in the pharmaceutical or trading industries is highly desirable.
