Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and motivate store staff to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
Sales Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management:
- Oversee stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure accurate stock replenishment.
Customer Relations:
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
Staff Training:
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
Store Operations:
- Ensure the store operates smoothly by managing daily operations, including opening/closing, visual merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Reporting:
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Budgeting:
- Manage store budgets and control costs to achieve financial goals.
Requirements:Experience:4-8 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion/clothing industry.Skills:Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Proficient in sales and inventory management.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).Personal Traits:Detail-oriented with a passion for fashion and customer service.Ability to motivate a team and drive results.
