We are seeking a talented Mechanical Technical Office Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Documentation and Support:
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, project reports, and engineering drawings.
- Review and validate technical drawings and schematics to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
- Prepare and update Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical reports.
Project Coordination:
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and technical scopes of work.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Monitor project progress and address any technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Design and Analysis:
- Support the design and analysis of mechanical systems and components, ensuring they meet performance and safety standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to validate design concepts and optimize performance.
- Provide recommendations for design improvements and modifications as needed.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all mechanical systems and components adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct inspections and tests to verify the functionality and reliability of mechanical systems.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to resolve any non-conformance issues.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and other engineering staff.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues during the installation and commissioning phases.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Proven experience from 2-4 years as a Mechanical Site Engineer
Proficiency in AutoCad , Revit and engineering analysis tools.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, components, and manufacturing processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of contracting industry standards and regulations.
