  • Consolidates with HRBP recruiting needs across geographies and Businesses
  • Coordinate the recruitment process with HRBP & hiring managers for all business units
  • Advises all Functions/BU on effective recruitment methodologies (i.e. respect of law “quotas”,)
  • Maintain the Recruitment Tracking for all the recruitment activities taking place in all business units , to always provide up-to-date information and recruitment process as per organization recruitment policy & latest recruitment international standards
  • Ensures coordination with HRBP & business units heads to ensure that recruitment activities are aligned to the Recruitment strategy and that an integrated approach is taken to workforce planning and development
  • Organizes and coordinate local & international recruiting as directed by HRBP
  • Update Caduceus Lane organization structures and other business units weekly as directed by HRBP
  • Prepares the job offers & contracts with all accepted new hires
  • Administers, organize information and maintains records and files for internal recruitment documents, department correspondence, Recruitment Agent activities, candidate applications, CV’s and database.
  • Prepares recruitment forms, employment contracts, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Completes Recruitment Tracker data entry.
  • Schedules interviews and maintains candidate contact.
  • Administers standard tests for job applicants.
  • Follows up candidate paperwork with Line Managers, liaises with HR team members to coordinate and prepare for new employee arrivals.
  • Handles all department administrative work, including internal and external phone / in person enquiries, maintaining Recruitment team movement sheet, and ordering and control of office supplies
  • Attend all meetings with HRBP , to prepare all required meeting minutes needed
