The Personal Assistant for CEO will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO of the organization.
The role involves managing the CEO's schedule, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, handling confidential information, and acting as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, board members, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Organize and coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO .
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, board members, stakeholders, and internal departments.
- Manage and maintain confidential files, including contracts, legal documents, and personnel files
- Read and prioritize mail and email responses to ensure timely and efficient communication.
- Participate in meetings, take notes, and keep track of action items to ensure follow-up and completion.
- Research information, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business administration, management preferred. - Native English speaker is a must . - Proven experience as a Personal Assistant to high-level executives preferred. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Discretion and confidentiality. - Proficient in Microsoft Office.-Having a good experience in MARKETING & import-export fields is preferred .-Flexible in traveling either internal or external of egypt is preferred .
