Key Responsibilities
Governance Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor governance frameworks, policies, and procedures across all departments.
- Ensure compliance with internal regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to evaluate adherence to company policies and recommend improvements.
- Maintain and update governance documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports on governance performance and suggest corrective actions where needed.
Manager Assistance Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the manager, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Act as a liaison between the manager and other departments to facilitate smooth communication.
- Organize and attend meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items.
- Assist in project management tasks, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
RequirementsProven experience in governance, compliance, or administrative roles.Strong understanding of governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in MS Office applications and governance or project management software.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.[Optional] A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field is preferred.
