We're seeking an experienced Solar QHSE Specialist to ensure the highest standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance across our solar projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
1. *Develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures*: Align with international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
2. *Conduct risk assessments and audits*: Identify potential hazards, report findings, and recommend corrective actions.
3. *Ensure compliance*: Regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
4. *Manage project-specific QHSE plans*: Develop, implement, and monitor.
5. *Train personnel*: QHSE awareness, procedures, and best practices.
6. *Investigate incidents*: Root cause analysis, reporting, and corrective actions.
7. *Monitor and report QHSE performance*: Dashboard metrics, trends, and recommendations.
8. *Collaborate with project teams*: Engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
9. *Stay updated on industry developments*: Best practices, new regulations, and emerging trends
● Bachelor's degree: Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Electric/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.● Certifications: OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 45001, or equivalent.● 1-3 years of experience: QHSE role in solar/EPC/construction industry.● Strong knowledge: Solar industry standards, regulations, and best practices.● Excellent communication: Written, verbal, and presentation skills.● Analytical and problem-solving skills: Root cause analysis, data analysis.● Ability to travel: Project sites, training sessions
