• Plans, organizes, monitors, and manages the day-to-day processes and operations of the Microsoft Partner Program, interprets, and applies mandated guidelines.
• 
  Coordinates, implements, administers, and execute program requirements
  Develops, monitors, and recommends improvement to membership status, certifications, and accreditation in the program.
   
• Identify areas of growth in the program that helps unlocks better visibility or investment opportunities with Microsoft and End Customers
   
• Communicates and coordinates with Microsoft Program owners and support resources on various issues related to operations.
   
• Develops and collects a variety of data and information and performs statistical analysis and summarizes findings in applicable reports or other communication mediums.
   
• Evaluates and communicates the impact of potential changes or improvements on timely manner.

Track record of operational excellence with ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously, demonstrating resourcefulness in resolving issues, ability to prioritize, and detail orientation. Ability to develop working relationships with stakeholders. Foundational understanding of enterprise technology trends such as digital transformation and cloud computing and/or Microsoft's enterprise solutions. Executive level communication skills-both written and verbal. Self-starter who takes ownership of opportunities, sets clear direction with account teams, and deals well with ambiguity and last-minute changes.Fluency in both written and spoken English5+ year working experience, preferably in a Microsoft Partner Program capacityExperience with/knowledge of the channel including VARs, SIs, MSPs regionallyStrong interpersonal skills; ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change across  functional and business boundariesAbility to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneouslyStrong influencing and communication skillsAgility to work with a various number of tools and processesProficiency in Microsoft 365 and related systems
